Dr Sandrine Thuret discusses how diet can have implications on mental health and neurogenesis. Dr Thuret talks about the effects of diet on mood, in particular depression, and memory, including spatial memory capacity and pattern separation. The results of lab tests concerning neurogenesis in mice and rats are also discussed in greater detail.
