With a collection of photographs, drawings and documents, Elizabeth Crawford shows us the life of Elizabeth Garrett Anderson in pictures. Elizabeth briefly describes Garrett Anderson's journey from medical student to Dean of her own New Hospital for Women. Elizabeth focuses on the founding and development of the hospital as it adapted to new eras and new medical practices. 

This lecture was part of 'A celebration of Elizabeth Garrett Anderson and 150 years of medicine' at The Royal Society of Medicine in London.
