Professor Mike Kirby describes the benefits of improving your lifestyle, and how erectile dysfunction can indicate when and how to make those life changes. Professor Kirby uses a range of studies to illustrate the importance of sexual activity for both men and women, and looks at the mechanics of the body to show how erectile dysfunction can predict cardiac failure.
