In this lecture, Mr Shailesh Shrikhande outlines the common cancers in India and talks about the work of the Tata Memorial Hospital, particularly the improvement in mortality and morbidity rates. Mr Shrikhande also discusses the difficulties in delivering complex cancer care in low socio-economic settings.
