In this lecture, Dr Rachel Thompson discusses the relationship between cancer risk and diet. Looking specifically at both plant-based and animal-based foods to derive cancer prevention recommendations, Dr Thompson presents evidence that plant-based diets are not all equal, and examines the relationship between different food groups and their association with cancer types.

This lecture was filmed at the RSM in London for the event 'Starving for truth: nutrition myths and controversies' on Monday 6th November 2017.
