In this lecture, Dr Rachel Thompson discusses the relationship between cancer risk and diet. Looking specifically at both plant-based and animal-based foods to derive cancer prevention recommendations, Dr Thompson presents evidence that plant-based diets are not all equal, and examines the relationship between different food groups and their association with cancer types.
