Andy Puddicombe and David Cox discuss their meditation app, Headspace. Explaining how the app was developed and why, they encourage the audience to try it out and see the benefits for themselves. They suggest that stress, anxiety and blood pressure can be reduced, while memory, focus and quality of life will be improved.
This lecture was part of an event called ‘Medical Innovations Summit’ at The Royal Society of Medicine in London.
