John Sharpley presents a lecture on mental healthcare in the military. He emphasises there is a spectrum of disorders and healthcare professionals should be aware of symptoms other than those associated with PTSD. Sharpley also argues that more research is needed in this field, as there are still many uncertainties.
This lecture was part of an event called "Shell shock: (Almost) A century of military mental health" at The Royal Society of Medicine in London.
