From the point of view of the law, Ms Victoria Butler-Cole explores the grey area of differentiating 'the right to die' from 'the right to refuse medication'. Ms Butler-Cole uses a series of court case studies to define what is and isn't legal, and to predict how the court might evolve in the future.
