Ian Hay gives a talk on the Orange Healthcare mHealth Grand Tour that took place in 2013. The Grand Tour was a 13-day bike ride through five countries in Europe that was aimed at raising awareness and funds for diabetes.
Ian explains the various programmes and digital devices that were developed for the project to continuously monitor and track the diabetic riders health data. The mHealth Grand Tour will be taking place again in 2015.
This lecture was part of the event 'Mainstreaming medical apps; reducing nhs costs; improving patient outcomes'. It was held at The Royal Society of Medicine in London.
