Professor Jenny Kurinczuk discusses the aims of the Maternal, Newborn and Infant Clinical Outcome Review Programme, and the lessons we can learn from MBRRACE-UK perinatal confidential enquiries. Professor Kurinczuk takes us through a number of local case studies on stillbirths, discusses the missed opportunities, and the subsequent recommendations.
